Cities on Top

The the long-fought battle for urban supremecy, yet another annual quality of life/living survey has been released, this one from Mercer. Once again, if you live in a highly taxed city in Europe, your livestyle is apparently fabulous (despite the cold), and if you're in New Zealand or Australia, you're not doing to badly either.
